Our 30ft Hunter sailboat resides dockside at a quiet, gated marina in New Haven CT.
The boat can accommodate up to 4 adults., 2 in the birth and 2 in the cabin - The left side opens up to sleep 2.
Our lady of the sea has running water and a flushing toilet , AC and heaters are available, showers are located at the marina . Our boat isn’t fancy , she is relaxing GLAMPING experience, you can create luxury with our packages and add ons .We know our B and B will create memories of a lifetime for you
We offer a variety of amenities to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible
We stock the cabin with toiletries, coffee, plates , cups, We can supply bedding or bring your own.
Custom BREAKFAST AND SNACK BASKETS can be ordered for an additional fee .
The marina has a hot shower, washer, dryer, vending machine for your use
It also has a cute restaurant with a bar , outside seating with a beautiful view

Come bring a friend and enjoy the boat and marina for the day , rent a kayak or a canoe from the marina , there is a bait shop too. so bring your fishing poles ! Add on a PICNIC BASKET or bring your own .

One of our crew members will meet you at the marina to assist you and your party with your belongings, show you where bathrooms and shower are , show you how to get through the gates , set you up and introduce you to life on a sailboat and finally give you the key to the hatch.
If you ordered a picnic package the crew will set that up for you as well . Crew will be there to help when you check out .

The marina is relaxed, secure and a low key environment ONLY your booked party is invited on the premises meaning , no extra visitors during your stay.!
No parties , extra loud music
No excessive drinking of alcohol ( It’s not safe)
This is a sailboat, getting on and off takes balance and agility depending on the level of the tide, The decks can be slippery at times
be sure you and your party have proper footwear and is able get on and off the boat
Sorry but we cannot accommodate children under the age of 10 for overnight stays.
There is a local Walmart shopping center in case you forgot to pack something
